RSVPs your guestsactually send back
Paper reply cards get lost. Group chats bury the answers. With online RSVPs, your guests reply on your own website and the list keeps itself up to date.
How replying works
A guest opens your site, taps RSVP and types their name. That is it: no account to create, no password to forget, nothing to download. They find themselves on your guest list, see everything they are invited to, and answer, with a note to you if they want to add one.
Guests are grouped the way invitations work: by household. Whoever gets there first can answer for everyone on their invitation in one sitting.
Dietary needs the kitchen can count
Dietary requirements are their own question, with proper options: vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, gluten free, dairy free, nut and shellfish allergies, halal, kosher, plus a free note for anything else. That matters because the caterer needs numbers, and numbers come from options that can be counted, not from two hundred comment boxes. Your dashboard totals them as replies arrive.
Some guests at some things
Weddings have layers: a welcome dinner for some, the day itself for everyone, a farewell brunch for a few. Each party is invited to the right events, and each guest is only asked about the events on their own invitation.
What you see
Your dashboard updates as replies arrive: who has answered, who has not, and where the dietary count stands. When the caterer wants the final list, you download it rather than typing it out.
The deadline
You set an RSVP deadline, and after it the form closes politely: anyone late is asked to contact you directly, so the caterer’s numbers stop moving when you need them to.
All of this comes with the site. It is part of what you get, not an add-on, and it is included in the one payment of £595. Try the whole flow on the demo: reply as a guest, then watch it appear in the dashboard.
Questions couples ask about RSVPs
- Do guests need an account to RSVP?
- No. They search their own name, or follow the link on their invitation. No accounts, no passwords, nothing to forget.
- Can one person reply for their whole household?
- Yes. Guests are grouped by household, so whoever opens the site can answer for everyone on their invitation in one sitting.
- How are dietary requirements handled?
- As their own question with proper options: vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, allergies and so on, plus a free note for anything else. The kitchen gets numbers it can count, not a pile of comments to read.
- Can we set a deadline?
- Yes. After your deadline the form closes politely and asks anyone late to contact you directly, so your numbers stop moving when you need them to.
